Mariah SC23 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI prop
 

I have noticed that a lot of people wonder what propeller is suitable for their boat. Notice that a lot of dealers calculate the correct propeller for your boat based on how you use it.
I recently sent a request to a Norwegian reseller of Exciter propellers, SevenSeasMarine. They calculated a SS 4 blade14x17 prop to be best suited for my boat. I bought this propeller and I am very pleased with the result. Top speed incresed from 44 to 50 mph. WOT incresed from 4600 to 4800 rpm. At 3500 rpm speed incresed from 28 to 32 mph. The engine also seems to run lighter.
