My '94 Talari 200Z is listing... wrong prop?

I have a 1994 Talari 200Z Bowrider with a 5.0L Mercruiser. I notice that when I am at cruising speed, and have more than 3 people in the boat (particularly if the weight is on the bow) the boat will lean hard when I turn. I know that the boat is supposed to lean when turning, however this is leaning more than normal. It also seems that the propeller loses "traction" and the engine will rev. This is with the trim all the way down. I have inspected the out-drive and there does not seem to be any play. The steering seems tight. There is no visible damage to the out-drive nor the propeller. My current prop is a Quicksilver 3 blade aluminum. The numbers on the prop are: 20 16 P19. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be that I have the wrong size prop? I'm hoping there is not a more serious issue with the alignment of the out-drive or something like that. Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

Sounds like cavitation. Its equivalent breaking loose tires, your prop is out of traction basically. Distributing some weight in the center/rear may help. A 4 blade prop may help as well. Hard cornering with all that weight may just be above the limits of the boat.

Check out the info in the STICKIES

I am not sure of the prop size. It is a 3 blade stainless. On my boat It is not cavitation. This boat list to the port heavy with more than two people and especially if I make a slight turn to the port side. I was wondering if trip tabs or smart tabs would help correct this? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
