Z260MCC Upholstry Inquiry

Hello all MCC owners!!!
I'm about to have the cabin interior re upholstered and need some guidance as how to remove backrests in forward berth, going to upgrade to original material used in the 2000/2001models.
I have a Z260 but all other cruisers have exactly the same configuration. Any suggestions/help greatly appreciated as spring is quickly approaching!!!!
Thanks,
Todd

Re: Z260MCC Upholstry Inquiry

MCC Owners FYI.
Bolsters are connected to upper backrests which are screwed from underside of inner lip of forward port and Starboard lockers. To access screws (which are also securing wiring harnesses via quick ties) remove forward and aft locker bulkheads (ends) and pull back carpet liner to expose wiring harness and screws( do not remove quick ties). Loosen screws (about 6, I'm sure this number is random) and this will release upper backrest and bolster. When reinstalling i used new screw on quick ties to register in new wood on underside of upper backrest. Pictures to follow
