Have you tried calling him at the number listed above? He very rarely answers emails. MikeyT had some luck getting in touch with him via facebook previously.
The other reason he might not be responding is because he may not have what you need. He had limited quantities of graphics, and once they're gone, they're gone. I tried to get some spares for my Z280, and I had sent him measurements and colors, and he never got back to me. I pestered him until he finally told me he didn't have them in the colors I wanted. Once you get that clarification from him, the only option is really to have them redone by a local sign shop.
Another possibility is that like lots of personal ebay sellers, they remove their listings and disappear this time of year because it's tax reporting time for paypal. You may see him pop up again at the beginning of 2015.
