Lockable as in like a security feature? Is gas theft a common occurrence in your area?

Or Lockable as in a cap that stays locked down so fuel doesn't spill out? I notice you've got the black plastic fuel cap. There is an "indy style" stainless steel version made by attwood that looks a lot nicer, and has a pretty significant spring loaded latch. It would most likely bolt right in the place of that one.

I would prefer a key lockable cap, since there could be a chance of theft at night in the marina. I would hate for 40 gallons being gone in the morning.....

You could probably retrofit something like this...

Amazon.com: Perko 1399DP0CHR Chromalex Marine Gas Fill Locking: Automotive

I'd like to see the guy trying to move 40 gallons of gas down your dock at night without anyone noticing! That'd take a pretty hefty size container, plus it'll weigh 240lbs! :)
