So I stuck some west systems gflex 650 on it and taped it in place. We will see what happens tomorrow... I love the gflex that's some pretty dang good stuff. I can't believe how hard yet flexible it is when it dries.

My transducer was loose as well when I purchased my Z210, so I wasn't sure whether it worked or not. So rather than stick it down with something permanent like epoxy, I used wax from a toilet seal to stick it down with. Its been two seasons now and still working just fine.

Now THAT was a good idea!! I was a bit concerned about using epoxy especially if the thing ever goes bad. I really like your idea, that was pretty slick thinking!

I can't take credit for the idea of the wax ring, I think I first read about on this forum several years ago but all the same it works.
