Shifting problem
I have a 1998 Shaba bravo 3, 7.4 liter Mariah. I have owned the boat for six years and it has always had a small delay between the time I shifted the boat into forward and when the boat propellor would engage. This weekend, it would not engage the propellor by shifting the boat into forward. The engine would rev, but that was about it. Reverse seemed to operate correctly. I would shift the boat back in neutral, wait for a few minutes, and would try it again, and it would work fine. It was a long weekend. Any ideas of what the problem could be? Thanks, mike

Re: Shifting problem
Shift cable out of adjustment or needs replaced would be my guess.
