Shabah Z250 Speedo question and top
 

First; My 1999 Z250 the speedo is pegged out, the pick up on out drive is clean and when I am running it will move some but wont go to "0" it goes all the way around almost. Needle won't go down under the top speed it registers.

Second; Is there a factory "camper top" offered for a 1999 Shabah Z250 Limited? I only have a small top that covers the captain and co-pilot but it has zippers all around it. I am looking for the rest of it if it is available somewhere.:rolleyes:

Try back blowing the line from the speedo with light compressed air. If that does work , probably have a bad diaphram(for the lack of a better word) in the speedo.

If you look at the bottom page or two of the 1999 brochure , they have the optional tops/covers that were available. Key word here is were. They are like finding a needle in a haystack. :(
Your 250 could have been outfitted with any of them , but more than likely it came with the "Full Canvas" setup.
Your best bet is have one custom made.
