Was the 2001 200 Diablo the same bottom as any other model?

it says "202" model on the capacity plate.
It isn't even listed in the NADA Appraisal guide as a valid model.

I think it was the same bottom as the late 90's Z200, but I am not sure.

I don't think so. The Diablo has a beam of 92" according to the 2001 brochure.

The 200 Shabah has a beam of 96" according to the 1996 brochure.

It is very possible they just used a 202 capacity plate as it's roughly the same size. The '01 was the first year for the 200 Diablo, so it's very possible they just didn't get all the loose ends tied up with making it an "official model" before the plant was closed.

What did the 180 & 200 Diablo translate to in the later SX series?

I believe the 180 Diablo became the 2003 SX8 and later became the SX18. The 200 Diablo I have no idea. I think Sea Fox used the 202 molds.
