Steering cable replacement
 

Hey all
Have a 1995 Talari 240Z with really stiff steering cable. Thinking pretty big job to pull the interior liner to remove/replace cable as originally routed, so considering cutting off both ends of original and fishing new cable and sheath between the liner and hull without fastening it to the hull. Anyone tried this?
