Re: Questions

I need to figure out how to winterized my 1998 Mariah bravo 3. 7.4 litter Shaba. Are the any good links that could me with this? Also, need some advise , I am considering getting the Upolstry redone this winter , and could save some a very substantial amount of money could be saved if I do not go back with the original patterns. I love the look of the high end seats but hate to pay and extra 1800 to keep this look. Thoughts?

Re: Questions

You tube and numerous other online sources have videos etc on how to winterize your engine. You could also have a look thru our maintenance section for other threads discussing this same topic.

As for the upholstery, it depends on how much you want to keep it original. The Prefixx material that was used was of higher quality than what was used elsewhere & i suspect the after-market stuff will show a noticeable difference. If it was mine i would keep it original because i like the looks and having original upholstery in good condition appeals to buyers.

Re: Questions

aftermarket interior that is new or in great shape is better than the original in bad shape or ripped. (just my opinion)
it just depends on how much you want to spend.

Re: Questions

As much as I love the original look, if it's going to cost 1800 extra, it will be hard to get that much return on investment when it comes time to sell.
