I bought this boat last year from a friend of mine here in the Tampa bay Florida area. It is originally from Chicago, Illinois. The boat has been here since 2002. I would like to get some information on the Model to help me know what I have......
I keep it at the Marina in dry storage. The trailer fell apart due to the salt water here in the Gulf.........I am in need of a few things, due to the heat here. The canvas was pitched and needs replaced, but other than that, thats about it. It has sat on a trailer all its live until I bought it and the hull is in great shape. What is something like this worth? I recently had the outdrive resealed due to a repair that was done incorrectly a few years back. It runs good..........Attached is a pic. I may sell it this spring, but got to a get a trailer first....It was well taken care of. Needs a little interior work, but thats about all. Take a look, tell me what you think.....My email is [email protected]. Any help would be appreciated....

Thanks

Hi Mike,

If it is 20' then it appears you've got an MX20. LOA is 20.3' / Beam is 96" / weight is (approx.) 2850lbs.

From your picture, the hull and graphics appear in like new condition, very nice indeed!

Here is a link to NADA, which is like Kelly Blue Book for boats.

Check the engine size and all appropriate options and it will give you an average of the value:

Hope this helps,

You'll only be able to get replacement canvas from a custom shop. However, they will probably want the boat to do the job, so the trailer might have to come first.

Yep, that's a 93 MX20. Looks to be in great shape from the outside! We can help you set a price if you can post some more pics. So feel free!

I'd check with your local marina on who they recommend for canvas work. Many shops will come to the marina to take the measurements they need. My canvas guy did that, in fact, I never saw him or even met him. He measured, then three weeks later I had a perfect fitting cockpit cover and an invoice. :)
