What Mariah boat is this?
 

Hi,

I am looking to buy a boat on an auction. It is stated it is a Mariah Talari, built in 2003. I think this can't be true. Can anyone comment upon looking at the picture what type and year this boat can be?

That is definitely not a 2003 model, I'm guessing a 1996 or older judging by the graphics package. Ask for the Hull Identification Number, that will help you decode what year it is. There's a post on decoding the manufacturing date here.

thats an odd looking trailer too. what are the wheelie wheels in the back for ?

No kidding I have never seen a trailer with that or the little mini bunks, and little tiny supports for the hull:confused:

Im thinking its a trailer on a trailer. the boat rides on an inner trailer that can be launched into very shallow ramps

look in pic #4. see the lever on the tongue and rod going to the back of the boat underneath ?
