Leaking Oil

Hello everyone,

I am a new member and new owner of a1993 Mariah Shabah 20'. It seems like it will be a nice boat once I get it cleaned up...CAN'T WAIT. Previous owner said it was leaking oil out of lower unit, but seems too be leaking out of the top of the lower unit housing, which seems like an exhaust. Has anyone seen this before?
