Trailer length and value

I'm at work and need to know the length and value of my trailer for ins. Talari 240 23.4' Chariot trailer.

Any ideas? I'm guessing length=26' because the tounge sticks out past the boat, not sure about value. I'm thinking somewhere between 2-4k to replace but thats a big spread.

new 27 foot was just quoted to me at 5
