I just got this boat 1994 Talari 220, and these were in the engine area. What are they for??

Just a guess, engine compartment storage?

They are covers for the engine compartment where your battery is on 1 side and your trim pump on the other, You should see a set of hooks on each side of the engine comartment that the holes on the back side of the covers will slip over.
