Checking engine hours
 

Hello all,

I've tried searching the forum for this question with no luck, so sorry if it's a repeat.

I've had my 96' Talari 209 since April of this year. Absolutely love the boat and the family has definitely enjoyed it. The boat is in pretty good condition and I haven't had any problems with it.

Could someone let me know how do I check to see how many hours the engine has on it? I don't see a meter anywhere on it, not worry about it, just looking to check.

Without an engine hourmeter i believe the only way is to take it to a Mercruiser shop & see if they can read it thru their scanner. Maybe someone here knows for sure?
