What do the colors mean in the Mariah crest?
 

I have done some research but have been unable to find out what the colors mean. My theory is that Jimmey Fulks is of German decent...? Maybe I'm way off I don't know.

There's never been any explanation into the colors or the design of the crest. There are a few old employees from Mariah and even some of Jimmy's family who may be able to chime in with the answers.
