umbrella table and shade, original equipment option

Looking for the umbrella shade/table combo original equipment option that fits into the bow table deck fitting for a y2000 Jubilee. Anyone know where to get one, or have one for sale?

Seen the tables before, can't say that I've ever seen an umbrella/table combo for the Jubilees! That might have been an aftermarket custom made part?
