Switches keep falling off
 

A couple switches at the helm (3 of them, the ACC, Courtesy light, and Engine light) keep falling off, I find them in the middle of the boat after hitting the occasional hard wake. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem...so what should I do about securing them? I considered a dab of silicone to secure the plastic nub that sticks into the hole...don't think it would affect operation but...?
