1998 Maraih 202
 

I have a 98 Maraih 202 with 5.0 A 1 Drive with a 3 blade 14x19 prop was getting about 4100rpm and 44 mph on a gps anyone else getting these types of numbers. Or what set ups are you guys running with this size of boats. Thanks Maraih's Rocks :yes_grin:

It sounds like you are overpropped though, I would have expected that to be a reasonable match to the 5.0. You want your WOT to be between 4400 - 4800 rpm. You sure the tach is good?

It does seem that the rpm's are a little odd yet the speed isn't too far off. Access the back of your tach & give the little dial a spin before setting it back to 8cyl. Is the prop in good condition (no nicks/bends etc)?
