Adhesive for interior Mariah badge?

I have a Mariah badge that has come off of the interior upholstery. It is up near the top inside of boat right behind where the windshield wraps around. What type of adhesive have others used with success to glue them back on? I tried 3M 90 spray adhesive and it lasted 2 weeks and then fell off again.

Thanks, Ron.

I have the same problem on my 95 Talari. Have you tried Liquid Nails? You can find this at any hardware store.

Did Liquid Nails work for you?

Don't know. Just got my Talari yesterday and today I found two badges in the glove compartment when I was cleaning up the boat. I am going to give it a try this week.

Typically for marine use, people use 3M 4200 or 5200. I've used this to glue in screws that have stripped out. 4200 is said to be undo able. but 5200, is permanent. I'd go with 4200

Back in 1995, I had a problem with the exterior badges on mine when it was new. The first time I left it in the water overnight, the next morning, both badges had fallen off.

Dealer said they had a run of bad badges and the glue was no good.

I think i would go with the 3M 4200 (or 5200 if you never want to remove them) rather than the Liquid Nails simply because the 3M is made specifically for marine environments.
