Finding Rubber bumper trim

Own 1994 Mariah Talari in excellent condition except the rubber bumber trim that goes around the boat. It is pretty chewed up. I went to a West Marina store and they had no replacement rubber trim.

Anyone know where to find this stuff.

I am somewhat of a novice. Bought the boat 5 years ago. Love the boat. I have had absolutely no problem with the boat to gain any repair experience.

Re: Finding Rubber bumper trim

Hi ken, it's probably the same as ours, and it's listed here in the club's "Parts List" under "Rub Rails":

Rub Rails:
-Rub Rail Replacement
Taco Marine
www.tacomarine.com

This is where I ordered mine, but any good marine shop should be able to order it for you too.

Do you need the rail and the insert or just the insert?

You can check out Taco's site for the correct rail and insert. They also have a DVD on how to replace the rail and insert, I highly recommend purchasing it.

Click on the "Blue" and they will link you to the sites.

I just replaced my entire rub rail on my Z272. Did a lot of searching and found that iboats.com was one of the most reasonable and had great customer service!
