hatch gas shock for Mariah Z250 2001
 

Hallo i need a gas shock to support the electric opener from the hatch. I do have the electric opener but when i bought the boat the gas lift to support the hatch was already missing. Can someone help me with the part number so i can order the part at sierramarine.com

Most auto parts stores sell them. Just need to know the length open and closed

Yes i know, but there are a lot of different ones. They told me that the weight of the hatch is also important to choose the richt one, or else the hatch doesn't open equal. So a part number or something would realy help me.

These are the ones that came with mine when I bought it.

Sierra - Nautalift Gas Lift Supports, Marine Grade

Sierra Marine GS62800. Extended length 20", Compressed length 12", weight rating 60lbs. However if I was replacing mine, which I plan to before the summer, I'd use the GS62820 model, it's the same size, same price, but the weight rating is 90lbs!
