Ladder advice

We have a 94,,182 Barchetta...Its been a great boat. Our problem is the drop down ladder in the back.. We tow family and friends on tubes and some have very hard time getting back into the boat...
We have a custom cover we use everytime the boat is not in the water. Most of these ladders that fold up would damage the padding on the sides or must be attached to the rear making use of the boat cover not effective...

With all that said, anyone have a ladder they have found to work?

Hi dfwguy, are you saying that your original ladder is missing or are you just looking for a different style of ladder?

When you say, "would damage the padding on the sides", do you mean the rub rail that goes around the hull or is it something else?
