Barchetta Z192

Hi,
I have a Z192 Barchetta that is in pretty good shape, just some age related issues. Seats are cracking out (bench in the back as well as the sundeck/pad covering the engine). I want to get them re-covered, but didn't know if there is some pattern that would need to be followed, or some information that would let the upholsterer know what fabric color to use. The seats are off white and grey currently. Also, I was wondering if anyone knew of a graphics kit that could be found or something that could get close to the original decals/graphics that are on the boat as they are getting very worn and are in need of being replaced (the ones on the hull below the rub rail). I think the gelcoat is wearing out above the rub-rail as the grey paint appears to be a whitish color (I think that is a gel-coat problem). Is that a big deal to get repaired?
Other than the cosmetic issues this boat is very sound. My kids are just learing to ski and kneeboard and the boat is perfect for them. The boat (4.3L V6) has a hard time pulling someone over 200-250# out of the water however. Any suggestions on a good quality boat cover that can be used for more than 1 season? I have the cockpit cover that snaps on, but it doesn't keep enough weather out for me. During the summer the boat is kept under our covered dock, but I haven't got the cash to get a lift yet.......got to get my priorities right!
Thanks for any help, I enjoy this site!
Rob
