HELP What Boat do I have?
 

OK I am not a total dunch .... usually. I have a 1993 Mariah, I know it is a 1993 because the HIN is MAB---93. Now I also know that it has Talari written on the window on either side, but nothing else. I measured the boat and it is either 19'8" or 19'10" hard to tell with out getting out a couple of levels and on the things that I do have related to the boat there are both lengths written. It has the 4.3L mercruser alpha one.

I am trying to order a custom fit boat cover from overtons and I need to know exactly which model it is. Overtons lists Mariahs but for 2003 they do not list a Talari, the closets thing I think is the MX 20 but I do not know if that is another name or model number of the Talari or not?

So how do I tell exactly which model I have?

Hi cparalph and welcome to the club!

I assume your looking for a cover for a '93 Mariah Talari and not a 2003 Mariah, right?

Per the '93 brochure, there was a MX 200 Talari and a 200 Talari Z, both were Bowriders and both were 19' 10" in length and 92" in width.

You are correct I was looking at a 1993 Mariah boat cover not a 2003, guess I need to proofread better. Thanks for your help, I believe that I have the MX 200 Talari as from what I understand the Z has a bunch of options on it and mine is fairly basic.

According to the factory build sheets, your boat is an MX200 Talari. It was the last boat made on Tuesday 11/10/92! :wink_thumbup:

I have the exact samer boat except that mine came with the 5.0L (GM 305)

That is good information....Here is my hull number... MAB----93....Can you please tell me when it was built and if it is in fact an MX200???? I came to conclusion that it was the MX series because it's lacking a few options...

Yep it's an MX 200. It was manufactured on 8/25/92.
