Ocean Marine - Onboard Climate Master

Mayday Mayday fellow Mariah brethren! :shakehead:

I have the good fortune of being the owner of a low hour usage 2001 Z308 – Superb!

Whilst it's great she has low hours, truth is she's not really been used by the first owner, so most owner manuals are missing. Our owners club therefore has really saved my skin many times! ...thank you, thank you, thank you!! :wink_thumbup:

My final issue is with the climate control system operation and maintenance. Do any fellow members have the user and maintenance manuals for the 'Ocean Marine' climate control system and the 'Onboard Climate Master' control unit?

If anyone can help send me a scan or fax I'd really appreciate it?

My email address is: [email protected]

Sincere thanks for fellow members time and help!
-Adrian :)

Have you tried this?

Ocean Breeze Support

Hopefully it will help. If you can, let us know if this is helpful so we can post the info for other members who might have the same problems!

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your quick reply and constructive suggestions! :)

I viewed Ocean Breeze Support site suggested, mailed their address [email protected]. Their reply back was the following :

Subject: RE: Ocean Marine climate control system & Onboard Climate Master control unit

We are the manufacturer of Ocean Breeze marine a/c products, not Ocean Marine. (Are you sure your unit is Ocean Marine and not Ocean Breeze???). Sorry, but we cannot provide a manual for Ocean Marine products. As far as we are aware, they have been out of business several years.
--------------------------

I'm certain I have a Ocean Marine climate control system & Onboard Climate Master control unit (it say so on the box), so I think that path leads nowhere :confused1:

Has any fellow brethren got and good leads on the manuals from this former company or manuals I may copy?

Thanks folks for all your help and support!
-Adrian :)

Adrian,

I think I may have the manual on the boat, at the lake. I will look for it this weekend. What's the problem with the system?

Hi Clinton, (hopefully that is your first name, not surname)

Thank you for looking for the Ocean Marine climate control system & Onboard Climate Master control unit manuals on your boat - Much appreciated!

I purchased my 2001 Z308 (7.4 MPI Mercruiser Bravo III, counter rotating props) 6 months back, but sadly I had few manuals, with our Owners Club provided many I didn't have. Up here in the PNW it rarely gets warm enough to need aircon (...heehee), but when I used the system last weekend I received the 3 character abbreviation which I've found means I need to refill the Freon gas.
All my jabber aside, it's best I obtain copies of the original manuals to service and maintain the classic boats we all adore!

Thank’s for all your time and help looking into the manuals, and please let me know the most convenient route for yourself?
If it's easiest to scan and email, my address is: [email protected]

Many thanks for all your time!
-Adrian :)

Adrian,

I got the manuals for the climate control system. What's a fax # I can fax it to?
It's about 30 pages. E-mail your fax # to [email protected].

Thanks
Scott.

Re: Ocean Marine - Onboard Climate Master

Hi Scott.

All I can say is Thank You!
Thank you for going out your way for me this way; I am sincerely grateful!
(especially after getting your name wrong).

My office fax number is 425-342-0500, however it is a shared fax in the design facilty in Everett (where we design and built 747, 767, 777, 787), so it may not be best to send it there?

If at all possible could you send to my email address -
[email protected].
Another advantage of sending the fax/scan to my email address is that I can more easily create an Adobe PDF file for posting on the Mariah Owners Club.

Whilst it would be easier if you can send the copy to my email address, please do whatever is easiest for yourself; I’m just extremely grateful for you taking time sending a manual for our Z308.

Sincere best regards,
-Adrian :wink_thumbup:

Re: Ocean Marine - Onboard Climate Master

Hi Scot,

It's the evening of Wed 12th up here in Seattle (sadly it's rained up here again today:shakehead:). If you've had chance to fax the manuals for our Ocean Marine - Onboard Climate Master aircon, it sadly has not arrived or has been swiped by somebody else.

As I'm sure you've gathered, this is merely to let you know that if you've troubled yourself sending the manual, it unfortunately has not been received.

Anyway, I thanks again fellow Z308 brethren for all you're time helping me resolve our aircon issue - Much appreciated!

I'll let you know if I receive anything, or shoot me an email if a specific time is more convenient for you?

Speak soon,
-Adrian
