Mechanical Review Checklist
 
Hi Guys, its been a while since my last post. I've been looking to move up to a 222 for a while now but I'm not sure how to evaluate the motor and outdrive. I have a mechanical review being completed this week on a '98 350 MAG mpi Bravo 3 but I don't understand what the compression tests should be?

Can you help educate me on this process.

Compression should test near 150 psi. Testing a little bit lower is not a huge deal. More important is that the cylinder to cylinder measurements are fairly consistent.
