Fuse Panel and Ground Bus locations and info?

Hopefully my last electrical related thread. I figured I'd break up my questions into separate categories to keep it understandable and to help future members experiencing electrical gremlins. We're talking about a '98 z211 Talari.

Where are all the ground buses usually located as a rule of thumb? I see a smaller one on the transom behind the steering rack on the starboard side. I can't figure out where the battery cables ground though. They disappear under the engine. Is there a larger bus under there, do they ground to the block? Also is there another ground bus in the front?

Where are the fuse panels usually located? I have the one under the dash (access behind mirror in cuddy), and have a breaker panel under the dash next to the stereo. Are these the only fuse / breaker locations other than the occasional accessory that might be fused directly off the battery?

Also what is the fuse panel under the dash used for? Seems like most of the 'big draw' accessories have a breaker, so what does the panel cover? (None of mine are labeled.)

Thanks!
