Bellows job now costs $2800 - 1999 Z202
 

My '99 finally developed a leak in the shift bellows so I had the full bellows job done on July 1, 2024 (all bellows, trim tab, bearing, etc). Price was $2800 :eek_animated:. I initially thought it was a 'go away' price but other area shops quoted the same so that's what I had to pay. We love the boat and hope it'll last another 25 years.

The price may be a little high but if you got similar estimates than that is probably the going price for that area. Mine was less but only because the shop had removed the drive to replace the engine. AT least you don't have to worry about bellow leaks now and know all is good for many years again. Enjoy the summer!

Nothing is cheap with boats. I did my bellows, gimbal bearing, trim senders, water pump, and steering pin last year on my own for about $750 in parts and $30 in beer.
