Ski Locker Gas Shock
 

Has anyone sourced and replaced the gas shock that holds the ski locker hatch? My cylinder no longer supports the hatch, so I pulled the shock off. The part numbers are rubbed off, so I am unable to cross reference and find information regarding weight. The wording I can see says Spring Lift Corporation, but I cant read anything else. I would think this is a commonly available part, I just need to know how much force I need to buy. Thanks!
