I found a used actuator for my '94 240z , I hooked it to a Battery and it extends ok. I installed it in the boat, connected the wires hit the switch and one actuator wants to raise and the replacement wants to lower. Any suggestions would deeply be appreciated. tia

My initial thought is the wires are connected backwards on one of them, or you possibly have one that the connectors were re-done and reversed. First thing I would try is to take the one that is running opposite of what you want and stick two small sections of wiring between the connectors to switch them. If I remember correctly, they are set up with a male and female connecter end, so figure out how to temporarily connect them opposite to see if that fixes it, and if so, then simply put new connections on them.
