Starter
 

I have a 1997 z 276. The starter grinds for a second when I try to start it. Then it catches and turns over fine. I did find a couple loose battery connections. It has 3. One was low on voltage while the other 2 were fine. The orange wire is disconnected from my alternator and taped up. I have a positive cable from the alternator to an isolator. Should that orange wire be hooked up?
