Cuddy door removal

My cuddy door is really hard to slide. Has anyone removed one on a 97 Z276 MCC? I did clean it up as best I could but I'd like to replace whatever is wrong with it.

Turns out, a good cleaning and light lube did the trick! Opens and closes with 2 fingers now.
