Should I Buy?
 

All, new to the forum and thought I’d pose this to the experts. I’m considering a 1994 Z240 Talari.
The Good:
Upgraded 7.4 EFI motor about 2 years old w/ 50 +/- hours
New transom seal, gimbal bearing and lower unit serviced at time of new motor
No soft sports in the floor
Glass & gel coat appear to be in good shape for age of boat(few stress/spider cracks in the gel)
On the original tandem axle trailer

The bad(or ugly):
Rear deck has new vinyl that doesn’t match
Rear seats need new vinyl
Captains chairs are not far behind
Front bow seats look OK but will most likely do it all at once

Question posed...much will I spend replacing vinyl to match factory finish and what can I expect to pay to have the Hull refinished to remove any spider cracks & oxidation?

BTW...asking price is $8k
