Restoring a 1990 1850Z so was pleased to see that this forum existed. Currently have all the interior out because there were soft spots in the floor. Apparently as some point there was water damage because the wood under the glass is rotten. I've removed all the bad and am now using saturating epoxy and an epoxy micro ballon mix to reinforce the structure. Next I will put down new plywood and then glass over. Once completed I can put in the new carpet and interior. Way bigger project than I had expected but she's a grand ole boat that I didn't want to see discarded.

It's unfortunate that this forum appears to be on its death bed (as is their Facebook forum) so responses will be slow in coming but there is still some valuable information available here as long as the forum stays alive. What you are doing is a big project that a few others here have previously completed and outlined their issues in forum. Best of luck with yours!
