What to look for buying a 1998 Jubilee 204 DB

I'm a new member of the forum, but not a Mariah owner yet.

I have found a 1998 Jubilee 204 DB. It has a M/C 4.3 V6 with a Bravo 3. They are asking $11,000 with the trailer for it. I haven't seen it yet, but from talking to the dealer and looking at the photos, it seems to be in very good condition. No seat tears, seams coming apart or cracked vinyl. The only issues that have been noted are some scrapes on the back of the captain's chair plastic, and the sink drain is broken out around the actual drain opening. There's no carpet and the salesman said he didn't think it ever had carpet installed (is that normal)?

It does not have a windshield and is open seating and the sink on the port side. All the gauges are supposed to work and the trailer lights, bearings, tires and brakes are all ok. They are going to get it on the water and verify before I go to see the boat next week. It has a 1000 watt subwoofer, 4 regular speakers, and 2 bazooka speakers. No bimini top, but does have a full cover that is in good condition.

NADA on this boat, if I haven't missed anything is $8500 with a trailer. So is it reasonable to be $2500 over average NADA?

I've read here that the screws on the hinges for the bow seats and entrance doors tend to come loose. Are there other things that I should take special note of when doing the inspection?

Thanks in advance,
