Help! Bow railing behind cabin
 

Ok, I need some help here... 1999 Z302. I am getting a ton of water in the cabin. I have resealed all of my starboard side bow rails except the loosest one which is behind the cabin walls.... I've pulled upholstery and everything. It seems I can not access the nut on that end of the rail with out taking the entire top cap of the boat off and removing the cabin....... ANY IDEA's?
I'll try to post pictures in the comments on here when I figure this thing out.
