Air/Water Temp Guage Not Working
 

So I just picked up my '97 Z252. All works well, except that the air and water temp guage does not come on (well the radio doesn't either, but that's not a big deal to me). Do I have to take that part of the console apart to get to it? Is it on a fuse? All the fuses seem to OK.

I do not have a manual for this boat - so any help would be appreciated.
