I have a Shabah Z202 Alpha One 5.7. Does anyone know what carburetor this boat uses? Only numbers were on the base of the carb and it seems to be a Weber manual choke. I need to order one but I can't order with those numbers. I have read where I could probably use an Edelbrock carb but I would have to change linkage and I'd really like to stay with the original carb if possible. Thanks in advance.

Back, left, bottom side of the engine should have an engine serial number plate. It was a PITA to get at on my Jubilee. Mercury has a parts manual online that with that number you should be able to look it up.

The number should be stamped right on the base of the carburetor. My 180 used a Weber/Carter 9600S 4 bbl and the 9600 was clearly stamped on it.
