engine alarm?
 

I went over to help my father-in-law get his boat off the water for winter. while there I started my boat just to "top Off" the Batts. Well the engine starts just fine but after running about 30 seconds a peizo alarm goes off. loud dammed thing. anybody know what systems have alarms? (* Z252 Shaba with a 4.7 MPI and bravo 3.)- I'm going back over this morning to check the oil, hoping thats the problem.

It monitors oil pressure, engine temperature and outdrive oil level. My money is on outdrive oil level. It rises and falls with drive temperature. With the water cool this time of year the level probably dropped slightly and set off the alarm.

Thank you. I think your probably right. I am gonna try to go back over later today and top off the reservoir and see if that fixes it.
