Re: Need help removing interior side panels.
Hey!!! Good to hear from you!!! To tell the truth, I kind of took a break over the holidays. Remember, down here in the Sunshine State, 65F is a cold snap....
I cut a new engine cover/sundeck from Starboard, using the original as a template. Same with the seating in the bow. I still haven't taken those side rails off in the main area. Good news is that I was offered to have the entire interior redone as a birthday present.... I got a quote a while back for $2000.00. I DID find a place that sells the original Nautilex vinyl and they have color samples.... I need to look up the URL.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yup.... Nautolex is the original Mfg of the seat vinyl.... Now you just have to search through all of the color swatches for a match....

Re: Need help removing interior side panels.
Talked with Lane from there. Super nice guy. Said Nautolex will be the top of the line. Seabrook is comparable. I'm order samples from both to see what colors look like.

Re: Need help removing interior side panels.
pllevine,
Pulled the trigger, bought the Nautolex. Fabric looks nice, picked them up Friday. He did a pretty good job. Talking with the upholstry guy he said he had concerns about the durability of the Nautolex. The abrasion resistance says the Wyzenbeek is only 6,000 cycles. If you compare the Nautolex Grand Cayman or Seabrook, these are 60,000 cycles. Hopefully it's a misprint. Might be worth doing to the seabrook if it's that much more durable. |
