Winter storage question boat cover.

1 Attachment(s)
Hey all I stored my boat side of my house and garage with winter boat cover and I had a couple of support poles see pic

Attachment 6364.

And when to snowed heavy or windy the poles would just slide and fall to floor, which led to heavy snow stretching cover inward. Anybody use anything different?

Thanks

Brad

You just need to increase the base diameter mass,

Use a 5 gallon bucket and lid, cut a hole in the lid to the diameter of the pole, set the pole in the center, fill with sand, put the pole in, put the lid on, done.

I use this with one support as stated in the bow.

Where can I get something like that?

Thanks found those both after google searches . Just wondering if they would hold cover up with heavy snow? Most of them state works well with rain.
