502 engine rebuild. What hour mark?
 

As the title implies what hour mark do most 502's start to show signs of needing a rebuilt. How many hrs are to many. I've been told 650hrs I've also been told they will run way longer with the proper care. Anyone with experience would be great.

The two that I've had anything to do with were rebuilt at 700 and 850 hrs. Fanatical maintenance may have let them live a bit longer before needing a rebuild.
