Nice job, mine looked the same and was also rotted. Strange they put that piece of wood in there when the rest of the stringers and floor are all glass... I made my repairs and carpeted the locker area with black marine grade carpet.

Oh......That's why mine smells of mildew. I leave that hatch and my seat storage open after every trip so it can dry out in the Arizona heat. :) I'm sure if I pull the carpet mine would look that too. Another item to add to the off season project list.
