How do I expose and drain the fuel tank on a 99 Jubliee 214 deck boat. The boat has not run for years .

There's no way to remove the tank without removing the flooring so you can either use a vacuum pump and suck it out thru the filler neck or find the access point for the fuel sensor on the tank, remove it and then suck it out that way. Either way you want to lift the bow so the remaining fuel collects at the rear of the tank.
