Bravo 3 time issue

Hello,
This is my first post but i am having an issue with my bravo 3 trim on my 1995 Z272 Barchetta.

I originally had an issue where the trim was stuck up when we got the boat in the water. After a little bit the trim came down and had no further issues for many times we went out. One day when i was driving home i got a call from a friend behind me saying my outdrive was bouncing. I gave it a further look and i can lift the outdrive (its supposed to be fully up and have tried trimming up). The drive is about 2/3 or 3/4 the way up but wont go any further. I can also push down on it and move it.

It seems like I just need to bleed the hydraulics but im not completely sure on how i should do that so any input on that would be great and also if there could be something else causing this problem. The local shop said they think it just needs bled but any input and how to do this would be great.

Thank you

Re: Bravo 3 time issue

I had to figure out what a 'time issue' was first... :)

Have a look at the STICKYS located at the top of our Maintenance Forum. They should help you in assessing your trim system.
