will the wirng harness off of an 86 350 mercruiser plug into a 1996 244 jubilee wiring harness that had a 5.7xl thanks

No way pokes. Two completely different ignition systems , knock sensor hookup , etc.. Is there something wrong with the harness from your Jubilee?

The motor was gone out of the jubilee so no. engine harness i have an 86 motor that i could use, but didnt know if the harness would plug into my jubilees main harness

Were you able to get the Serial Number from the drive?
If we have it we can do some interchange searching.
I'm thinking it is somewhere between OF6----- and OK0-----.
