New Mariah Owner-Low Oil Pressure/not starting Mariah SC 23

Hello, recently purchased 2008 Mariah SC23 Cuddy IO Mercruiser Alpha 1 120 hours

Just had annual maintenance *completed (water pump/oil change/new belts/carb fuel filter) by local repair shop.

Took boat out today for first time and had trouble 30 mins into boating. Stopped boat to reapply sunscreen and boat would not start. Noticed alert and low oil pressure (0 psi). Boat did not appear to be overheating? Ended our day by being towed in by BoatUS.

Any idea what potential problems occurred? Would the potential problems been overlooked/caused by mechanic?:shakehead::eek_animated:
